We strengthened our service team by employing Paul Bowers as our onsite engineer. Paul is crucial in maintaining our sortation machines and is under-going on the job training with Pitney Bowes. Paul says "coming from a mechanical engineering background the Pitney Bowes machines are an engineer’s dream". We hope this is still true in December!!
Our look is changing – All our Delivery Drivers, Warehouse Staff and sorters are getting smarter thanks to their new uniforms. The uniform will give both customers and Royal mail a unified look that will mean our staff are easily identifiable help build relationships.
